Tiburon Fitness Club is a boutique, members-only fitness facility in downtown Tiburon, California
The mission of the Club is to provide its members, most of whom are residents of Belvedere and Tiburon, a safe, secure and comfortable facility in which to exercise. Most importantly, the Club strives to maintain an atmosphere where any member, of any fitness level will feel at home. But it is also a place for serious training.
The Club and its members also encourage a high standard of facility etiquette and mutual respect.
The Club has a limited number of memberships. Club facilities are optimized for the needs of members and there is an emphasis on quality and attention to detail.
Tiburon Fitness Club is a members-only club with a limited number of long-term memberships. The club prioritizes memberships from residents of Tiburon and Belvedere and members must be 18 years of age or older.
Our goal is to provide a congenial atmosphere in which all feel welcome and comfortable whether they are young athletes or active retirees.
We like to think of our facility as our members' professional home gym away from home.

Following graduation from the University of California at Los Angeles with a degree in History, she pursued a career in various museums in the Los Angeles area. After raising her children, she decided to transform her passion for fitness into a formal career.
She received her personal training certification from The American Council on Exercise and completed the demanding 200-hour Iyengar Yoga Instructor Training Program. She continues to fine tune her fitness knowledge with continuing education and a rigorous personal exercise regimen.
Experience includes resistance and cardio respiratory training, TRX suspension system, functional training, and a variety of simple yoga routines.
Helene's philosophy is that exercise should be adjusted to the individual, not the other way around. Moderate exertion and consistency lead to measureable results for most people in a reasonable period of time. You need to keep moving, whatever your fitness level.
